The Garden Apartment self catering is located within the High Street conservation area of Wanborough near Swindon in a quiet lane with no through traffic (link to location map click here*) .
The accommodation is fully equipped and is laid out as a large open plan living room incorporating a dining area and modern fitted kitchen plus a seperate bedroom which sleeps two in a double bed. The bedroom has two large fitted wardrobes. In the living area,there is a leather sofa that also converts into a double bed. There is a shower room with quality fittings that can be accessed separately from either the bedroom or the living area. For your laundry there is a utility room (shared with the main bungalow) with free use of the automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. "enjoyEngland" carry out an annual inspection and a 4 Star rating has been awarded.
Although there are many places of interest to visit nearby, to entertain you within the apartment you will find a T.V. with freeview channels, a selection of books, indoor games and an electronic games consul. BROADBAND INTERNET is included with a wired workstation for a fast reliable connection or you can use our wireless LAN if you prefer.
The garden is accessed through sliding patio doors where there is a raised decking area with picnic table and BBQ for al fresco dinning. The garden was once part of an orchard and we are regularly visited by Green and Spotted Woodpeckers, Sparrowhawk, Goldfinches and Squirrels. A space for your car will be reserved on the driveway.
